Our Process for Print Projects
Our processes for print projects focus on assessment of your requirements, gathering and creating the artwork and content, working with you to hone our design, and choosing the appropriate printer.
02. Content & Coordination
In this phase we:
- Acquire photography, digital files, pre-existing art, scanning, reference materials, stock samples, permission-to-use items and articles, and other items required to begin the design process.
- Coordinate custom photo shoots, printing of all kinds, merchandise orders, etc.
- Generate copy several ways.
- We can receive and implement finished copy by you OR
- Receive rough draft from you and have our editors polish it OR
- We can provide provide complete content creation through our professional writing services. We know how challenging it can be to write about yourselves, so you can have our professional writers do it for you with a bit of guidance.
- Arrange all aspects of production including trim, staple, stitch, score, fold, perf, diecut, specialty inks and foils, laminating, binding, mailing services, etc.
Zee Designs has spent many years developing relationships with a vast array of vendors who can supply any services unavailable inhouse.
SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE
Agreements are part of the process, too, and we like to be up front about them. These are our standard Agreements that may be modified to accommodate special projects.
