Consider giving special offers only to your online customers, making it more valuable if they are a member of your mailing list. What store- or business-wide special offer are you featuring this week or month? Is there an item or service you can offer a discount on? What about an opportunity to enter a drawing or contest to win airfare, a vacation, a t-shirt, an in-stock item, dinner for two? Think of this as your online fish bowl collecting business cards.
