The process of your project is as equally important as the end result.

We have developed thousands of projects for clients in Las Vegas, around the country and for some, across the world. Our estimating and design methodology is organized, comprehensive and proven, ensuring that your project will be done on-time, on-budget, and will exceed expectations. We craft each project as if it was our own; after all, our signature is on it.

Depending on the complexities of a project, some or all of the following steps are necessary to accurately create an Estimate:

  • Meet with you by phone or in person to discuss your proposed project
  • Collect samples of product previously created for your business
  • Collect samples of product created for another business you like
  • Collect new content from you and/or dicuss professional services such as writing, photography, videography, etc.
  • Complete our online questionnaire(s) so that we may learn the project details
  • Determine marketing requirements if a marketing project
  • Learn quantities, stock selection(s) and specifications for a printed project
  • Discuss desired static and dynamic aspects of proposed website
  • Develop a project schedule
  • Develop a site map and site architecture for proposed website
  • Develop the Information Architecture and Scope of Work Outline for projects that in part or in whole require software development

As you can see, this is an involved procedure, and a prepared client will have savings in their pocket. The processes we have developed are the best way to provide the client with an accurate estimate of the projected costs of the project and then build that project according to plan.
