The longterm success of the process relies on the understanding of the process by the client and the willingness of the client to cooperate with us in the setup of the content and metadata. There are many things a client can do for themselves over time to promote their site, and our website outlines these things in depth on our FAQs page.

01. Development Consulting
- We encourage the client to see what is available through Zee Designs and understand the reasons that doing ongoing SEO work is vital. After reading this page and the SEO Services page, reading the SEO FAQ pages are the next step.
- We ask our clients to fill out our SEO Questionnaire and Marketing Questionnaire and return them to us so that we can see where they are already in terms of their marketing and SEO planning and execution.
- We do research and analytics to recommend a course of action
  - Gather site and (competitor, if desired) data
  - Run benchmarks, do competitor research, ranking, and prepare recommendations.
- When the recommendations are ready, we provide estimates of cost to do the work. We may give different options and the client can choose the level of investment. Estimates are prepared using an algorithm based on how long it takes to do each task and the number of pages we will be changing. We bill most work by the hour. Time required also is dependent on how many types of services the business offers. Large sites and companies that have a variety of different markets will take longer to optimize.
